You think you’ve seen it before on the Dog Whisperer.  Unfortunately, it exists more than just on TV.  My Lilia has OCD (she chases shadows and lights) and she has been super aggressive towards other dogs when I walk her.  Hancock Animal Hospital in Quincy was able to diagnose her and give her Clomicalm once daily but nothing was really helping. Enter the New England version of Cesar.. only better. But that’s not going to shut me down.  As I shout at her to stop chasing shadows, drooling on my floor so I have to mop it up every 15 minutes, I realize that it’s kind of a hindrance on my daily life and my new business/career. She’s got to go. She apparently can’t be helped.  If anybody out there in the interwebs knows of a place for a special needs dog where she’s not going to be put down or beaten, please let me know.  I really can’t help her and I thought I could.  The only time she’s still is when I’m sleeping. <3

Hello, Thank you for reading in advance. I have a hyperactive, OCD, aggressive puppy.  At 1 year, 2 months, I thought she’d “grow out” of this behavior by now.  I got her from one of those Craigslist no-kill shelter ads and picked her up in CT back in May of 2009.  She is SUPER healthy, but that’s probably because she never stops moving…  The point is, I want to enjoy the company of my Lilia.  I tend to loathe her when she’s licking the floor or drooling @ the same spot on the wall for 10 minutes and I just want a companion.  That’s what I signed up for.
