Kristen has ten years of experience in business development, marketing, digital branding, customer service, event planning, social media marketing and web design. She has sales experience in finance and factoring, beauty, hotel, travel, restaurant, information technology, and real estate law and has mastered international negotiations while working for a mergers and acquisitions company in the textile industry. In addition, Kristen has hosted and marketed networking and social events in Boston Metro and Rhode Island. She is passionate about integrating social media and uniting people around social movements. Kristen attended Rhode Island College for Media Studies and Communications, as well founding the RIC Anchorwomen Rugby Club. Personally, Kristen possesses over 19,000 Twitter followers, 5,000+ LinkedIn contacts, 3,000+ Facebook friends, is in 2,000 Google Plus circles and is also socially proficient using Pinterest, Instagram, Foursquare and reputation management sites such as Citysearch and Yelp for personal and business use.

Jennifer Smith

Global Marketing Communications Strategist

Jennifer specializes in Marketing and Communications for organizations ranging from Lotus Development Corporation to the United Way to S&P 500 player, Waters Technologies and has a twenty year tenure in Marketing Communications.

As Manager of Marketing Communications for the VICAM Group of Waters Technologies, Jennifer was responsible for all facets of VICAM’s worldwide communications program including public relations, advertising, photography, website/multimedia, corporate identity, channel marketing, trade shows, and print media. During Jennifer’s tenure at VICAM, the Marketing department has experienced a combined eight-fold increase in leads/web hits on a yearly basis and a 200% increase in the number of cover editorials.

Receiving the prestigious American Graphic Design award for excellence in communication and graphic design, bestowed by Merck, Ogilvy & Mather, and other nationally prominent judges, Jennifer’s creative abilities ushered in an award-winning era for VICAM. Around the world, trade editors recognized Jennifer as a known-quantity–renowned for her industry knowledge, superior targeted copy, and visually dramatic photography. Thus, Jennifer was always on editors’ short list to call when editorial opportunities arose, and VICAM benefitted through greater frequency and prime positioning of editorial placements that ensued.

Jennifer served on the Communications Committee for the Massachusetts Biotech Council and is an active member of Public Relations Society of America, National Institute of Investor Relations, MITX, BIMA, MIT Enterprise Forum, MassTLC, Boston Women Communicators, and the American Marketing Association. Jennifer serves on the Alumnae Board of Newton Country Day School and as part of the volunteer steering committee for the Inner-City Scholarship Fund begun by Fidelity’s Peter Lynch. She lives in the Metrowest Boston area and enjoys her hobbies of musical theater, interior design, speaking Spanish, and communing with her cat, Bialy.

Todd is a web developer who has helped companies and small business maintain or create their online presence. With clients from all over the world, including Germany, Australia, England, Canada, and Ireland.

Todd has fourteen years experience in web development and design, graphic design, and programming. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, adapting with the ever-changing landscape of the internet, working recently with mobile-first design, responsive design and working with open source software such as WordPress and Drupal for several years.
